<h2><strong>Lo Bancal de Granatxa, spanischer Rotwein</strong></h2> <p>Ein reinsortiger <strong>Garnacha Negra</strong> aus dem <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/priorat/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Priorat</strong> </a>ist schon eine Besonderheit und kommt nicht so häufig vor. Dieser spanische <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Rotwein</strong></a></span> stammt aus der Feder der ältesten Tochter der Familie <strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/sangenis-i-vaque/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Sangenís i Vaqué</a></span></strong> und gehört erst seit kurzer Zeit zum Repertoire des Weingutes.. Der Wein besitzt eine herrliche Frische gepaart mit einer tollen Frucht. Die Winzer ernten die Trauben von Hand. Im Keller</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;" xml:lang="en-us" lang="en-us"> w</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">erden die Cari</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;" xml:lang="es-trad" lang="es-trad">ñ</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">ena (60%) und Garnacha (40%) separat vinifiziert. Die Cari</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;" xml:lang="es-trad" lang="es-trad">ñ</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">ena reift 12 bis 14 Monate in 400-l-Fässern, während die Garnacha ebenso lange in Zementtanks ausgebaut wird. Im Glas gibt der Wein Aromen von roten und schwarzen Früchten und würzige Noten frei. Dank seidiger Textur und poliertem Tannin erzeugt er ein großartiges Mundgefühl.</span></p> <p></p> <p class="Text" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;"> </span></p> <p></p> <p class="Text" style="line-height:150%;"><b><i><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">Infos zum Erzeuger:</span></i></b></p> <p></p> <p class="Text" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">Das schroffe Berggebiet <strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/priorat/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Priorat</a> </strong>stand lange Zeit für dunkle und hochprozentige Bulkweine. Das änderte sich Ende der 1980er-Jahre schlagartig, als das Priorat zum großen Newcomer der Weinwelt avancierte. Einer der Qualitätspioniere von damals ist José Luis Pérez. Er hat das Weingut Mas Martinet gegründet und ebenfalls im Jahr 1996 Cims de Porrera ins Leben gerufen. </span></p> <p></p> <p class="Text" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:6pt;line-height:150%;color:#ee220c;"><br /></span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">Bei dem Projekt ging es anfangs um die Wiederherstellung alter Weinberge nahe der Ortschaft Porrera. José Luis Pérez ermutigte die Mitglieder der Dorfgenossenschaft ihre kostbaren Weinberge mit alten bis sehr alten Reben zu erhalten. Jene Steillagen waren schwierig zu bearbeiten und ergaben niedrige Erträge. Damit sich für die Bauern die Arbeit lohnt, kaufte Pérez ihnen die Trauben zu einem guten Preis ab und erzeugte daraus die Weine für Cims de Porrera.</span></p> <p></p> <p class="Text" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:8pt;line-height:150%;"> </span></p> <p></p> <p class="Text" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">Daraus entwickelte sich eine einzigartige Erfolgsgeschichte. Rueda</strong></a> steht wie keine andere Weinregion Spaniens für schöne und intensive <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/weisswein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>Weißweine</strong></span></a> aus der Rebsorte Verdejo<a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong></strong></a>. Wie viele große Weingüter in Spanien, lassen es sich auch Protos Bodegas nicht nehmen einen exzellenten Weißwein aus dieser autochtonen weißen Rebsorte Spaniens zu keltern. Sonst in der <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/ribera-duero/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>D.O. Ribera del Duero</strong></span></a> beheimatet ist es von dort nicht weit bis in die benachbarte D.O. Rueda und so ergeben sich zwangsläufig die Möglichkeiten einen solchen Weißwein herzustellen.</p> <p>Wie andere gute Verdejo auch, wurde der Protos  Verdejo auf der Feinhefe (sur lie) ausgebaut. In Kombination mit der Rebsorte Verdejo funktioniert das ausgesprochen gut. <h2><strong>Juana de Hiriart, spanischer Rotwein</strong></h2> <p>Dieser Crianza der <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/agricola-cigalena/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Bodegas Hiriart</strong></a></span> wurde ausschließlich aus Trauben der Rebsorte "Tinta del pais" (<strong>Tempranillo</strong>) gekeltert. Für diesen Wein wurde eine Selektion von Trauben der ältesten Rebstöcke des Weingutes verwendet. Die 14 monatige oxidative Reife des Weines geschieht in Fässern aus französischer Eiche. Der <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Rotwein</span></strong> </a>hat eine kräftige Farbe und hat im Glas eine große aromatische Intensität mit Noten von schwarzen Früchten und edlem Holz. Im Mund treten die reifen Tannine und eine gute Fleischigkeit zum Vorschein, mit einer perfekten Balance zwischen Alkohol und Säure. <h2><strong>20 de Abril Verdejo, spanischer Weißwein</strong></h2> <p>Der 20 de Abril von den <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/bodegas-verdeal/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>Bodegas Verdeal</strong></span></a> stammt aus jungen Rebflächen, die seit ihrer Pflanzung ökologisch bewirtschaftet. Außerdem werden bei allen Prozessen der Weinherstellung diese Kriterien eingehalten. Das Augenmerk bei der Weinbereitung liegt beim 20 de Abril (dies ist der Geburtstag von Eduardos Tochter) eindeutig darauf, die expressiven Fruchtaromen der Verdejo-Trauben zu konservieren. Wichtig dafür ist, dass oxidative Prozesse ab dem Moment der Ernte unterbunden werden.</p> <p>Neben seiner expressiven Frucht sowohl in der Nase, als auch am Gaumen, überzeugt dieser Verdejo vor allem durch seine animierende Frische.</p> <p>Bodegas Verdeal ist ein junges spanische Weingut in der D.O. Rueda, das 2007 von Eduardo Pozo gegründet wurde. Als junger Winzer kreiert er sortenreine Weißweine die sehr gut den Charakter der autochtonen Rebsorte Verdejo widerspiegeln. href="https://www.vinoalma.de/blog/2020/05/15/katalonien-wein-weinanbau/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">katalanischen Hinterland</a></strong>, unweit vom Mittelmeer entfernt. Die schroffe Bergregion wurde vor gut 1000 Jahren an Kartäusermönche übertragen, die dort ein „Priorat“ gründeten und außerdem den Weinbau einführten. Seither prägen der Weinbau und die Erzeugung von Wein jene Gegend. Wenngleich bis in die 1980er-Jahre nur farbintensive und alkoholstarke Massenweine von dort kamen, die überregional keine Beachtung fanden.</span></p> <p></p> <p class="Text" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:8pt;line-height:150%;"> </span></p> <p></p> <p class="Text" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">Das änderte sich Ende der 1980er-Jahre schlagartig, als das <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/priorat/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Priorat</strong></a> zum großen Newcomer der Weinwelt avancierte. Einer der Qualitätspioniere von damals ist José Luis Pérez. Er hat das Weingut Mas Martinet gegründet und ebenfalls im Jahr 1996 Cims de Porrera ins Leben gerufen. Der katalanische Name bedeutet übersetzt „die Spitzen von Porrera“, was man wörtlich verstehen darf. Für das Projekt wurden sehr alte Weinberge in Hochlagen über der Ortschaft Porrera herangezogen. Er vereint <b>Kraft, Konzentration, Intensität, Eleganz und Mineralik</b> auf eine Weise, wie es nur Priorat-Weine können und nur die allerbesten Gewächse von dort.</span></p> <p></p> <p class="Text" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:8pt;line-height:150%;"> </span></p> <p></p> <p class="Text" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">Die Trauben für den <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Rotwein</strong></a> werden manuell geerntet und vor der Vergärung von Hand selektioniert. Es folgen eine temperaturregulierte alkoholische Gärung und ein anschließender 2-jähriger Ausbau in neuen franz</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;" xml:lang="sv" lang="sv">ö</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">sischen Barriques. Das Holz ist hierbei großartig im Wein eingebunden, es gibt ihm zusätzlich Spannung und Struktur und rundet ihn auf außergewöhnliche Weise ab. <h2><strong>Rotwein Carredueñas Crianza, Spanischer Rotwein<br /></strong></h2> <p style="text-align:left;">Dieser <strong>Crianza </strong>der <strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/bodegas-concejo/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Bodegas Concejo</a></span> </strong>wurde ausschließlich aus der Rebsorte<strong> Tempranillo</strong> gekeltert. Schon seit 1998 wird bei den Bodegas Concejo aus den besten Jahrgängen ein Autorenwein kreiert, für den nur eine strenge Auswahl an Trauben in Frage kommen. Das Ziel ist immer den Charakter der alten Reben und des Terroirs im Wein zu erhalten. Der Ausbau erfolgt in kleinen Edelstahltanks.  Der Wein durfte <strong>12</strong> <strong>Monate in Fässern aus französischer und amerikanischer Eiche</strong> reifen. Die Farbe des Weines ist ein intensives Burgunderrot. In der Nase ist dieser Wein sehr ausdrucksstark mit kräftigen Fruchtaromen und feinen Eichennoten. Im Mund hat dieser <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Rotwein</span></strong> </a>eine gute Lebendigkeit mit Aromen von schwarzen und roten Früchten, zudem sind die trockenen Tanine sehr präsent im Mund. Nehmen Sie sich Zeit diesen Wein zu verkosten und beobachten Sie wie sich dieser Wein nach dem Öffnen der Flasche entwickelt - so wie Sie es mit einem guten Whiskey machen würden. <h2><strong>Clos Monlleo, spanischer Rotwein</strong></h2> <p>Seit dem die Töchter im Hause <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/sangenis-i-vaque/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Sangenís i Vaqué</strong></a></span> immer mehr das Ruder selbst in die Hand nehmen, umso mehr besinnt man sich auf die Ursprünge des <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/priorat/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Priorat</strong></a></span>. Mit dem Coranya geht man weg von den modernen Cuvées mit Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon oder Merlot hin zur klassischen Kombination aus Garnacha negra und Cariñena. Dieser Wein ist schnörkellos und wuchtig und hat trotz seines Alters noch eine lebhafte Säure. <h2><strong>Lo Coster Blanc, spanischer Weißwein</strong></h2> <p>Der Lo Coster Blanc ist ein Weißwein-Cuvée aus der D.O.C <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/priorat/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Priorat</strong></a> aus den Rebsorten Garnacha Blanca und Macabeu. Dieser vollmundige spanische <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/weisswein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>Weißwein</strong></span></a> von <strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/sangenis-i-vaque/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Sangenís i Vaqué</a></span></strong> ist sehr harmonisch und besitzt neben eleganten Fruchtaromen und angenehmen Holzaromen, auch eine wunderbar samtige und seidige Struktur. Die Säure ist ebenfall gut integriert.  Wie alle Weine von Sangenis i Vaqué ist auch dieser elegante Tropfen weder filtriert noch geschönt.</p> <p></p>
