<h2><strong>Les Sort Sycar, spanischer Rotwein</strong></h2> <p>Dieser vorzügliche spanische <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Rotwein</span></strong></a> vom Weingut <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/celler-masroig/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Celler Masroig</strong></a></span> aus der <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/montsant/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">D.O. Montsant</span></strong></a> in Katalonien, ist ein ausdrucksstarker Wein, der schon im Glas eine kräftige Aromatik aufweist. Am Gaumen ist der Wein wirklich weich und rund. <h2><strong>Les Sorts Vinyes Velles, spanischer Rotwein</strong></h2> <p>Der Les Sorts Vinyes Velles ist das Aushängeschild des Weingutes <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/celler-masroig/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Celler Masroig</strong></a></span> in der <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/montsant/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">D.O. Montsant</span></strong></a>. Dieser <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Rotwein</a> besitzt ein komplexes Aroma von roten und schwarzen Früchten, schwarzer Pfeffer, Nelke, Kakao und mediterranen Gehölzen. Am Gaumen ist dieser Rotwein aus Spanien weich, warm und man merkt die reifen Tannine. Der Abgang ist sehr lang und angenehm.</p> <p>Der Wein der zu 85% aus der Rebsorte <strong>Cariñena</strong> und zu 15% aus der Rebsorte <strong>Garnacha</strong> besteht, stammt von alten Reben (Vinyes Velles). Er wurde insgesamt über 17 Monate in Barrique-Fässern aus französischer Eiche und anschließend 2 Jahr in der Flasche reifen gelassen, bevor er auf den Markt kommt. Der Wein bekommt also die Zeit, die er auch braucht, um an den Punkt zu kommen, wie man ihn dem Kunden präsentieren möchte.</p> <p>Nach der klassischen Gärung, wird der Wein zudem in den Barrique Fässern einer malolaktischen Fermentation unterzogen (ohne Sauerstoff), welche den Wein weicher, vollmundiger und körperreicher macht. Anschließend wird der Wein nicht geklärt und nur sehr sanft gefiltert. <h2><strong>Pinyeres, spanischer Rotwein</strong></h2> <p>Der <strong>Pinyeres</strong> ist ein im wahrsten Sinne ausgezeichneter Wein des <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/celler-masroig/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Celler Masroig</strong></a></span> aus der <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/montsant/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">D.O. Montsant</span></strong></a>! Dieser <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Rotwein</span></strong></a> besteht zu 8% aus der <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/blog/2019/09/05/garnacha-rebsorten-spanien/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Rebsorte Garnacha</span></strong></a> negra und zu 15% aus der Rebsorte Cariñena (Samsó). Vor der Vermarktung wurde der Wein 12 Monate in Barriques aus französischer Eiche ausgebaut und anschließend noch 12 Monate in der Flasche reifen gelassen. Montsant</span></strong></a> und ist ein wirklich typischer Weißwein aus der Region. 100% Garnacha blanca prägen seine Charakteristik, die durch den dreimonatigen Ausbau des Weines auf der Feinhefe ("sur Lie") veredelt wird. Das Ergebnis ist ein Weißwein mit fruchtigen Noten von weißen Früchten (Birne, Apfel), mit einer angenehmen Säure, schönem Volumen und einem elegantem cremigen Abgang. <h2><strong>Verdeal 500 Flores, spanischer Weißwein</strong></h2> <p>Die neueste Kreation von Eduardo Pozo ist der Verdeal 500 Flores. Eduardo ist ein absoluter Liebhaber der Verdejo-Traube und so ist es fast folgerichtig, das auch eine Teil seiner Traubenernte, im Holzfass gelandet ist. Mit dem <strong>500 Flores</strong> ist ein neuer und unglaublich komplexer spanischer Weißwein aus der <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/rueda/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>D.O. Rueda</strong></a></span> entstanden. Das Holz hält sich sehr dezent im Hintergrund und macht den Wein sehr weich und vollmundig. Die typischen Verdejo-Aromen wie Zitrusfrüchte und die kräutrigen noten, finden sich auch hier wieder, aber in weitaus dezenterer Form als beim <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/verdeal" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Verdeal</span></strong> </a>oder <strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/ayre" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Ayre</span></a>. <h2><strong>Monasterio de Veruela Reserva, spanischer Cava</strong></h2> <p>Die Cavas der <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/bodegas-monasterio-de-veruela/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Bodegas Monasterio de Veruela</strong> </a></span>haben das Gütesiegel der <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/cava/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>D.O. Cava</strong></a></span> und zeichnen sich durch ihr Top- Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis aus. Ein <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/sekt-cava/"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Cava</span></strong></a><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;"> </span></strong>aus der autonomen Gemeinschaft Aragon (Aragonien), für den die <strong>Rebsorten Macabeo, Parellada und Xarel.Lo</strong> je zu gleichen Anteilen verwendet wurden. Der Cava ist nach dem <strong>Monsterio de Veruela</strong> benannt, welches am Fusse des nahegelegenen Moncayo-Massiy liegt. Dieses Kloster ist auch gleichzeitig Namensgeber für das Weingut. Dieser Cava hat ein blassgelbe Farbe. Die Perlage ist fein und konstant und bildet einen schönen Kranz. Die Aromen im Glas zeigen eine schöne Frucht eingespannt von richtig tollen Reifenoten. Am Gaumen zeichnet sich dieser Cava durch seine weiche Kohlensäure aus. <p></p> <h2><strong>Bodegas Verdeal, Probierpaket<br /></strong></h2> <p><br />Unser Probierpaket der Bodegas Verdeal ist perfekt für Liebhaber toller Weißweine. Eduardo Poza hat sein Weingut 2007 gegründet und hat es in den wenigen Jahren seines Bestehens geschafft, einen der aus unserer Sicht besten Verdejos Spaniens zu kreieren. Eduardo ist ein ausgesprochener Liebhaber dieser spanischen Weißwein-Rebsorte und genau diese Leidenschaft verkörpern der Verdeal und der Ayre. Der Verdeal ist das Aushängeschild des Weingutes und besticht durch seine unglaubliche Fülle an Aromen und Nuancen. Die Jahrgänge des Ayre kommen gleichzeitig mit dem Verdeal auf den Markt. Denn anstatt diesen als einfachen Verdejo zu vermarkten, besteht ein Teil des Ayre aus dem sur lie (auf der Feinhefe) ausgebauten Verdeal, was ihm eine tolle Fülle und Intensität verleiht. <h2><strong>Roc Blanc de negre, spanischer Weißwein</strong></h2> <p>Nach einiger Suche hatten wir einen richtig guten <strong>Blanc de negre (Blanc de noire)</strong> in Spanien gefunden. In einer Tapasbar in Sitges südlich von Barcelona lief er uns über den Weg. Bereits 3 Tage später statteten wir der <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/agricola-sant-josep/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Agrícola Sant Josep</strong></a></span> - eine Cooperative aus der <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/terra-alta/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">D.O. Terra Alta</a></strong></span> im südlichen Katalonien gelegen - einen Besuch ab und waren auch von den restlichen Weinen aus der Linie überzeugt und der Grundstein für die weitere Zusammenarbeit gelegt.<br /><br /></p> <p>Der <strong>Roc</strong> <strong>(vormals Clot d`encis Blanc de negre)</strong> wird zu 100% aus der roten Rebsorte <strong>Garnacha Negra</strong> gekeltert und stammt aus der D.O. Terra Alta. Der Wein wirkt schlank und frisch und nur der leichte rote Stich in der Farbe des Weines, sowie der zarte Hauch von roten Früchten im Glas lassen seine Herkunft erahnen. Auch der relativ hohe Alkoholgehalt von 13,5% für einen <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/weisswein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Weißwein </span></strong></a>fällt nicht negativ ins Gewicht. Der Clot ist ein ausgewogener spanischer Weißwein mit einer herrlichen Frische die gern zum weitertrinken animiert. <h2><strong>Camino al Moncayo Cava rosado, spanischer Cava</strong></h2> <p>Alle Cavas der <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/bodegas-monasterio-de-veruela/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>Bodegas Monasterio de Veruela</strong></span></a> sind erstklassige <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/sekt-cava/">Cava</a>s aus der Region Aragon. Das Weingut besitzt eine lange Tradition und wurde nach einigen Turbulenzen des Vorgängers von der Familie Ruberte übernommen. Seitdem kommen wieder sehr hochwertige und elegante Cavas aus den in den Fels gehauen Kellern ans Tageslicht. Ganz besonders gut gefällt uns der Camino al Moncayo Cava rosado, ein Rosécava aus der für die Region typischen und autochtonen Rebsorte Garnacha negra. Wie auch der <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/camino-al-moncayo-cava-sekt" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Monasterio de Veruela Joven</a></strong></span> vollführte dieser Cava eine Flaschengärung (Methóde champenoise) von mindestens 9 Monaten. Wie die Farbe bereits verrät wartet der Camino al Moncayo Cava rosado mit schönen intensiven roten Fruchtaromen auf. Durch die lebhafte Säure und die feinen Hefenoten wirken diese jedoch nicht zu üppig und der Cava überzeugt trotzdem mit einer wunderbaren Frische.</p> <p>Die meisten Schaumweine Spaniens die aus der <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/cava/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">D.O. Cava</span></strong></a> stammen kommen aus Katalonien. Umso mehr empfehlen wie Ihnen die Weine von den Bodegas Monasterio de Veruela in Aragon. Eine tolle Gelegenheit auch die anderen Schätze Spaniens im Bereich der moussierenden Perlen zu entdecken!<br /><br /><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>Passt zu:</strong></span></p> <p>Tapas, Fruchtige Salate, Paella, Grillabend, Gartenparty</p>

<h2><strong>Protos Roble, spanischer Rotwein</strong></h2> <p>Die <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/ribera-duero/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>D.O. Rueda</strong></a> steht wie keine andere Weinregion Spaniens für schöne und intensive <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/weisswein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>Weißweine</strong></span></a> aus der Rebsorte Verdejo<a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong></strong></a>. Wie viele große Weingüter in Spanien, lassen es sich auch Protos Bodegas nicht nehmen einen exzellenten Weißwein aus dieser autochtonen weißen Rebsorte Spaniens zu keltern. Sonst in der <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/ribera-duero/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>D.O. Ribera del Duero</strong></span></a> beheimatet ist es von dort nicht weit bis in die benachbarte D.O. Rueda und so ergeben sich zwangsläufig die Möglichkeiten einen solchen Weißwein herzustellen.</p> <p>Wie andere gute Verdejo auch, wurde der Protos  Verdejo auf der Feinhefe (sur lie) ausgebaut. In Kombination mit der Rebsorte Verdejo funktioniert das ausgesprochen gut. Jahrgang 1996 erinnert Clot d'encís an die einzigartige Landschaft der Gemeinde Bot in der <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/terra-alta/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>D.O. Terra Alta</strong></span></a> und bietet den zeitgenössischen Ausdruck unserer Weinbautradition. Dieser spanische Weißwein der <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/agricola-sant-josep/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>Agrícola Sant Josep</strong></span></a> wird aus der Reben der Sorte Garnacha Blanca gewonnen. Die Rebsorte eignet sich seh gut für den Anabu in der Region, da diese hier nur mäßige Erträge, sowie - und das ist das wichtigste - vor allem gesundes Lesegut ergibt.  Die Ernte erfolgt hauptsächlich von Hand und bei hohen Temperaturen nur in den Morgenstunden. Ein Teil des Jahrgangs wird maschinell geerntet, immer nachts oder im Morgengrauen, um die Trauben so weit wie möglich vor Oxidation zu schützen. Bei der Weinbereitung überschreitet die Fermentationstemperatur 17 ° C nicht und ein Teil des Mosts wird durch Mazeration in der Vorfermentationsphase hergestellt.
