Bullas</a></span> aus der <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/bodegas-hydria/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Bodegas Hydria</a></span>, in der der Respekt für die Umwelt und die alten Techniken der Weinherstellung im Fokus stehen. Der <strong>12 Compases</strong> passt gut zu rotem Fleisch, Wild, Eintöpfen und Gesalzenem. <strong>4 Monate betrug die Reifedauer in Fässern aus amerikanischer, französischer und ungarischer Eiche</strong>. Die verwendeten Rebsorten sind zu einem Großteil der für diese Region um Murcia typische <strong>Monastrell</strong>, sowie zu einem kleineren Teil die klassische Rotwein-Rebsorte in Spanien - <strong>Tempranillo</strong>. Das besondere an den Rotweinen der <strong>Bodegas Hydria</strong> ist, dass Sie keine Maßnahmen zur Stabilisierung oder Klärung des Weines erfahren haben. <h2><strong>Terrae Rosado, spanischer Roséwein [BIO]</strong></h2> <p>Der Terrae Rosado ist ein reinsortiger Garnacha Negra, dessen Trauben aus den Bio-Zertifizierten Weinbergen von Bodegas Tempore stammen. Die Weineberge liegen in der Region Bajo Aragon südöstlich von Zaragoza. Das Klima am Standort ist kontinental geprägt, mit heißen Sommern und kalten Wintern. Der Boden ist kalk- und tonhaltig, sowie reich an Mineralien. Der wenige Niederschlag wird hier im Gegensatz zu rein sandigen Böden, besser gespeichert und hilft der Rebe besser über den trockenen Sommer zu kommen. Die Höhe mit 550m über dem Meeresspiegel spielt eine entscheidende Rolle für die Qualität des Lesegutes. <h2><strong>Hiriart Crianza, spanischer Rotwein</strong></h2> <p>Dieser Crianza der <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/agricola-cigalena/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>Bodegas Hiriart</strong></span></a> wurde ausschließlich aus Trauben der Rebsorte "Tinta del pais" (<strong>Tempranillo</strong>) gekeltert. Für diesen Wein wurde eine Selektion von Trauben der ältesten Rebstöcke des Weingutes verwendet. Die 14 monatige oxidative Reife des Weines geschieht in Fässern aus amerikanischer und französischer Eiche. Der <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Rotwein</span></strong> </a>hat eine kräftige Farbe und hat im Glas eine große aromatische Intensität mit Noten von schwarzen Früchten und edlem Holz. Im Mund treten die reifen Tannine und eine gute Fleischigkeit zum Vorschein, mit einer perfekten Balance zwischen Alkohol und Säure. Der Abgang ist lang und die Aromen des Weines verbleiben lange im Mund. <h2><strong>88 Teclas, spanischer Rotwein</strong></h2> <p>Auf lediglich 4.500 Stück limitiert ist der<strong> <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/"><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Rotwein</span></a> 88 Teclas</strong> (88 Tasten) der <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/bodegas-hydria/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Bodegas Hydria</a></strong></span> aus der <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/bullas/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">D.O. Bullas</span></strong></a>. Hergestellt wurde dieser Wein zu 100% aus der <strong>Rebsorte Monastrell</strong>, welche dunkle und würzige Weine ergibt. Die Lagerung des Weines erfolgte <strong>4 Monate in Eichenfässern</strong> (Barrique). Wie bei den anderen Rotweinen der <strong>Bodegas Hydria</strong> auch, ist die Besonderheit, dass dieser weder stabilisiert noch geklärt wurde. Eine Maßnahme die dem Erhalt der ganzen Fülle der Aromen dienen soll, die die Weintrauben aus dem Weinberg mitbringen und jender, die im Laufe des Herstellungprozesses hinzukommen.</p> <p>Im Glas zeigt der <strong>88 Teclas</strong> eine kirschrote und bläuliche Farbe. Die Aromen sind Unterholz, Weirauch, Vanille und Schokolade mit balsamischen Noten. Das Holz ist gut integriert und überlagert so nicht die frsiche der Fuchtaromen. Am Gaumen ist dies ein breiter, angenehmer Rotwein mit runden Tanninen, einer ausgewogenen Säure und sorgt für einen langen Nachhall. Wir empfehlen diesen Wein zu rotem Fleisch, Wild und Eintöpfen. <h2><strong>1000 Acordes, spanischer Rotwein</strong></h2> <p><strong>1000 Accordes</strong> (1000 Akkorde) - eine wahrliche meisterhafte Komposition feinster Aromen. Ein <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/">Wein</a></strong></span> der für die besonderen Momente herhalten kann und Ihren Gaumen verwöhnt. Dieser wurde zu 100% aus der <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/blog/2019/10/03/monastrell-jumilla-rebsorte/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Rebsorte Monastrell</span></strong></a> gekeltert, die allesamt von mehr als 50 Jahre alten Rebstöcken stammen, die auf einer Höhe von rund 800m liegen und lediglich eine Ernte von 700kg pro Hektar ergeben - 700kg konzentrierte  Aromen, die dem <strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Rotwein </a></span></strong>eine unheimliche Dichte und Struktur geben. Neben der Höhe spielt auch die Lage der Weinberge am Ende des Tales <span class="Y2IQFc" xml:lang="de" lang="de">Hoya de los Hermanos in Cehegín eine wichtige Rolle. Durch die die Weinberge umgebenden bewaldeten Berge, erfahren die Rebstöcke vor allem in den sonst heißen Sommernächten die nötige Abkühlung. Diese bewirkt, dass die Reben des Nachts in eine Ruhephase übergehen und vor allem die für gute Weine wichtige Säure erhalten bleibt. Zudem bilden die Beeren dickere Schalen aus in denen das nötige Tannin für die späteren hochwertigen Tropfen enthalten ist.<br /></span></p> <p>Die Farbe des Weines ist Kirschrot. Riechen Sie im Glas Aromen von Weihrauch, Unterholz, Vanille, Schokolade mit balsamischen Noten. Das Holz ist gut integriert. Der Geschmack des Weines ist angenehm, breit und elegant, mit runden Tanninen und einer guten Säure. Der Nachgeschmack ist lang und andauernd. Auch dieser Wein hat keine Behandlungen zur Stabilisierung und Klärung erhalten, damit die Fülle an Aromen möglichst vollständig erhalten bleibt. <h2><strong>Generación 50, spanischer Weißwein </strong><strong>[BIO]</strong></h2> <p>Die Trauben für den Generación 50 stammen aus der Lage Finca La Dehesa, welche 560m über dem Meeresspiegel liegt und sich gleich in der Nähe von Lecera befindet. Geerntet werden die hochwertigen Trauben für diesen tollen spanischen Weißwein ausschließlich per Hand, wodurch bereits im Weinberg die erste Qualitätskontrolle der Trauben stattfindet. Der Boden der Finca ist kalk- und lehmhaltig, was gerade in diesem Gebiet mit sehr wenig Niederschlag hilft, die Niederschläge im Winter im Boden zu speichern. <br /><br />Ansonsten sind die Weine der <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/bodegas-tempore/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Bodegas Tempore</a></span> allesamt <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/bioweine/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="text-decoration:underline;">BIO-Weine</span></a>. Neben den erstklassigen Weinen aus der Linie Terrae vermarktet dieses Weingut auch die Generación (Generation) Weine unter der Klassifizierung <em>Vinos de la tierra </em>(Landwein) aus der Region <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/bajo-aragon/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Bajo Aragon</span></a>. Insgesamt gibt es vier dieser Weine und alle stehen stellvertretend für die langjährige Tradition mit der in der Familie Yago Aznar Wein hergestellt wird. Der Generación 20 steht für die Wurzeln der Weinbauleidenschaft in dieser Familie. <h2><strong>Casa de Illana Alma, spanischer Weißwein</strong></h2> <p>Weine von den <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/bodegas-y-vinedos-illana/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Bodegas Illlana</a></span> aus der <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/ribera-del-jucar/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="text-decoration:underline;">D.O. Ribera del Jucar</span></a> zeichnen sich immer durch ein ausgezeichnetes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis aus. So auch der Casa de Illana Alma, ein <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/weisswein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">spanischer Weißwein</a></span> aus der momentan in Spanien angesagten Rebsorte Sauvignon blanc. <h2><strong>Casa de Illana Carmen, spanischer Weißwein</strong></h2> <p>Die <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/ribera-del-jucar/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="text-decoration:underline;">D.O. Ribera del Jucar</span></a> liegt im Osten der La Mancha im zentralen Hochland Spaniens. Die Rebflächen der <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/ribera-del-jucar/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Bodegas y Viñedos Illana</span></a> liegen entlang des Flusses Jucar nachdem diese Weinregion benannt ist. Optimale Bodenbedingungen also. Hinzu kommt die relative hohe Lage mit ca. 750m über NN. Die Folge ist, dass in der Reifezeit der Trauben im ausklingenden spanischen Sommer, die Temperaturunterschiede zwischen Tag und Nacht schon recht ausgeprägt sind. Die Trauben bilden also, die für erstklassige Weine notwendige Säure aus. Der Casa de Illana Carmen ist ein reinsortiger Sauvignon Blanc und Lagenwein aus der Parzelle "Montecillo". Die Fermentation und die darauf folgende Reife sur Lie (auf der Feinhefe) findet komplett in Holzfässern über einen Zeitraum von 6 Monaten statt. klassischer Rioja-Stilistik. Frucht- und Holzaromen harmonieren bei diesem Gewächs in geradezu idealer Weise. Typisch für die Rotweine der Appellation, ist es eine Cuvée aus der Hauptsorte </span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;" xml:lang="es-trad" lang="es-trad">Tempranillo</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;"> und den komplementären Reben</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;" xml:lang="es-trad" lang="es-trad"> Garnacha, Graciano</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;"> und</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;" xml:lang="es-trad" lang="es-trad"> Mazuelo </span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">(Carignan). Diesbezüglich betont die Muga-Familie, dass der Einsatz von Holz einen Wein nie maskieren darf. Vielmehr geht es dem Weingut darum, eine ideale Symbiose aus Holz und Wein zu finden. Die Kellermeister sind absolute Ausnahmekönner in dieser Disziplin - auch Dank eines über viele Familiengenerationen weitergegebenen Wissens. Das Weingut wurde 1932 von Isaac Muga gegründet und wird heute in dritter Familiengeneration geführt. Die Kellerei im legendären Eisenbahnviertel von Haro ist 25.000 Quadratmeter groß und enthält 14.000 Holzfässer, deren Fassungsvermögen von 225 bis 16.000 Liter reicht. </span></p> <p></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:5pt;line-height:150%;"> </span></p> <p></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">Dem nicht genug ist Bodegas Muga eines von nur zwei verbliebenen spanischen Weingütern, die eine hauseigene Küferei unterhalten. In deren Werkstatt werden alle Fässer für die Weinbereitung selbst angefertigt. Eine eigene Küferei zu betreiben ist zwar kostenintensiv, hat aber den Vorteil, dass neue Fässer dem Charakter eines jeden Jahrgangs oder einer bestimmten Weinlage individuell angepasst werden können. </span></p> <p></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:5pt;line-height:150%;"> </span></p> <p></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">Die Weinbereitung findet ausschließlich in Eiche statt. Nach einem Stahltank sucht man in der Muga-Kellerei vergebens. Die Reben stehen alle auf der Parzelle "Monte Alto" von den <span style="text-decoration:underline;"></span><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/ribera-del-jucar/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Bodegas y Viñedos Illana</span></a>, deren Boden tonig-sandige Schwemmlandböden des Flusses Jucar sind. Optimale Bodenbedingungen also. Hinzu kommt die relative hohe Lage mit ca. 750m über NN. Die Folge ist, dass in der Reifezeit der Trauben im ausklingenden spanischen Sommer, die Temperaturunterschiede zwischen Tag und Nacht schon recht ausgeprägt sind. Rebsorten Tempranillo und Garnacha gekeltert. Nach der Vergärung in 16.000-Liter-Holztanks baut ihn das Weingut Muga für 14 Monate in französischen Barriquefässern aus. Das Holz und die lebhaft frische Säure sind im Wein sehr schön integriert. Dies ist ein Paradebeispiel für einen Rioja-Wein im modernen Stil.</span></p> <p></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:5pt;line-height:150%;"> </span></p> <p></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">Der Name „El Andén de la Estación“ (der Bahnsteig) bezieht sich auf die Weingeschichte von Haro: Die Rioja wurde in den 1860er-Jahren an die Eisenbahn angeschlossen, und so erhielt das Gebiet eine direkte Verbindung nach Bilbao. In jener Zeit zogen außerdem französische Händler und Weinmacher - auf der Flucht vor der Reblaus im Bordeaux - in die Rioja. So entstand ein großer Weinboom, und die Kleinstadt Haro entwickelte sich zum Zentrum der Weinproduktion. Zahlreiche Weingüter siedelten sich in den folgenden Jahrzehnten im legendären Eisenbahnviertel an, oftmals hatten sie einen eigenen Bahnsteig auf ihrem Gelände. Das Weingut wurde 1932 von Isaac Muga gegründet und wird heute in dritter Familiengeneration geführt. In deren Werkstatt werden alle Fässer für die Weinbereitung selbst angefertigt. Eine eigene Küferei zu betreiben ist zwar kostenintensiv, hat aber den Vorteil, dass neue Fässer dem Charakter eines jeden Jahrgangs oder einer bestimmten Weinlage individuell angepasst werden k</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;" xml:lang="sv" lang="sv">ö</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">nnen. </span></p> <p></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:5pt;line-height:150%;"> </span></p> <p></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">Die Weinbereitung findet ausschließlich in Eiche statt. Nach einem Stahltank sucht man in der Kellerei vergebens. Alle Rotweine werden zuerst in großen Holztanks ohne Zugabe von Zuchthefen spontan vergoren. Die anschließende Weinreifung erfolgt in 225 Liter Barriques aus französischer und amerikanischer Eiche.
