<h2><strong>Herència Altés - Garnatxa Negra, spanischer Rotwein </strong><strong>[BIO] + Vegan</strong></h2> <p>Der <strong>Garnatxa negra</strong> von <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/herencia-altes/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Herència Altés</strong></a></span> aus der <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/terra-alta/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Denominacion de origen Terra Alta</strong></a></span>, zählt eindeutig zu den beliebtesten Weine bei <strong>Vino&amp;Alma</strong> und man kann mit ihm eigentlich nichts falsch machen. Wie der Name es vermuten lässt, besteht er zu 100% aus der Rotweinrebsorte<strong> Garnacha negra</strong>. Dieser <strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/"><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Rotwein</span></a> </strong>wurde nicht im Fass ausgebaut und ist ein toller Wein für alle Gelegenheiten. Im Glas hat dieser eine helle farminrote Farbe und ausdrucksstarke Aromen von roten Früchten mit einer mineralischen Note. Im Mund ist dieser Wein sehr fruchtig mit süßlichen Tanninen.<br /><br />Das Klima in der Region ist mediterran, mit heißen trockenen Sommern und kalten Wintern. Die jährliche Niederschlagsmenge liegt bei gerade einmal 400mm. <h2><strong>Herencia Altès - L´Éstel, spanischer Rotwein</strong></h2> <p>Ein <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Rotwein</span></strong></a> mit vielen Auszeichnungen und einem sehr guten Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis, ist der <strong>L´Éstel</strong> von<strong> <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/herencia-altes/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Herencia Altés</span></a></strong> aus der <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/terra-alta/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Denomniacion de Origen Terra Alta</span></strong></a>. <br />Die Ernte der Trauben der <strong>Rebsorten Garnacha negra, Syrah und Garnacha Peluda</strong> erfolgt manuell. Die Selektion des Lesematerials erfolgt dabei bereits im Weinberg. Danach werden die Trauben für 24h auf 3°C bis 5°C heruntergekühlt um eine spontan beginnende Gärung zu unterbinden. Danach wir gepresst und der Wein in 5.000 Liter fassende Stahltanks und 1.500 Liter fassende Holzfässer gefüllt in denen für 5 Tage eine Kaltmezeration und anschließend die Gärung für 10 bis 15 Tage stattfindet. Die malolaktische Gärung geschieht für 12 Monate in Barrique-Fässern (225Liter) aus französsicehr Eiche.<br /><br />Die Trauben für diesen Wein stammen von den verschiedenen Lagen (Fincas) La Xalamera, La Serra un Lo Grau. An diesen Standorten finden sich immer lehm- und kalkhaltige Böden die arm an organischem Material sind. Das Klima ist mediterran mit einem ausgeprägtem kontinentalen Einfluss. Die Winter sind dadurch sehr kalt und die Sommer heiß. Der durchschnittliche Jahresniederschlag beträgt lediglich 400mm. Daraus ergeben sich iedrige Erträge, die jedoch ein sehr hochwertiges Lesegut und einen konzentrierten Most ergeben. Die besten Voraussetzungen also für große Weine. <br /><br />Wer gerne einen Wein probieren möchte, welcher lediglich aus einer dieser Einzellagen ausgebaut wurde, dem empfehlen wir <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/la-xalamera" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>La Xalamera</strong></span></a> (100% Garnacha Negra).<br /><br />Mittlerweile werden auch alle Weinberge bei Herència Altés ökologisch bewirtschaftet und die Weine sind mittlerweile alle Bio-Zertifiziert. <br /><br /><img src="https://www.vinoalma.de/img/cms/Herencia%20Alt%C3%A9s/Herencia%20Alt%C3%A9s%20%20Vinya_1100pxl%20breit.jpg" alt="Weinberg Herència Altés - alte Reben D.O. Die steinige Mineralität überlagert die Aromen von schwarzen Früchten und Gewürzen. Der Geschmack des Weines ist vollmundig mit üppigen süßen Früchten und weichen Tannien. Frische Beerenfrüchte und Röstnoten bereichern die Struktur und die natürliche Komplexität der alten Reben. Durch die hier angewendete karbonische Mazeration, ist dieser <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Rotwein</span></strong></a> sehr fruchtig. Bei dieser Weinbereitungstechnik werden die Trauben ohne Quetschen bei hohen Temperaturen (30º) ohne Sauerstoff vergoren. Ein Effekt dieses Verfahrens ist, dass nur wenig Tannine in den Wein gelangen, was diesen weich und rund werden lässt, ohne dass er mehrere Jahre lagern musste. <h2><strong>Les Sorts Vinyes Velles, spanischer Rotwein</strong></h2> <p>Der Les Sorts Vinyes Velles ist das Aushängeschild des Weingutes <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/celler-masroig/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Celler Masroig</strong></a></span> in der <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/montsant/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">D.O. Montsant</span></strong></a>. Dieser <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Rotwein</a> besitzt ein komplexes Aroma von roten und schwarzen Früchten, schwarzer Pfeffer, Nelke, Kakao und mediterranen Gehölzen. Am Gaumen ist dieser Rotwein aus Spanien weich, warm und man merkt die reifen Tannine. Der Abgang ist sehr lang und angenehm.</p> <p>Der Wein der zu 85% aus der Rebsorte <strong>Cariñena</strong> und zu 15% aus der Rebsorte <strong>Garnacha</strong> besteht, stammt von alten Reben (Vinyes Velles). Er wurde insgesamt über 17 Monate in Barrique-Fässern aus französischer Eiche und anschließend 2 Jahr in der Flasche reifen gelassen, bevor er auf den Markt kommt. Der Wein bekommt also die Zeit, die er auch braucht, um an den Punkt zu kommen, wie man ihn dem Kunden präsentieren möchte.</p> <p>Nach der klassischen Gärung, wird der Wein zudem in den Barrique Fässern einer malolaktischen Fermentation unterzogen (ohne Sauerstoff), welche den Wein weicher, vollmundiger und körperreicher macht. Anschließend wird der Wein nicht geklärt und nur sehr sanft gefiltert. <h2><strong>Pinyeres, spanischer Rotwein</strong></h2> <p>Der <strong>Pinyeres</strong> ist ein im wahrsten Sinne ausgezeichneter Wein des <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/celler-masroig/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Celler Masroig</strong></a></span> aus der <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/montsant/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">D.O. Montsant</span></strong></a>! Dieser <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Rotwein</span></strong></a> besteht zu 8% aus der <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/blog/2019/09/05/garnacha-rebsorten-spanien/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Rebsorte Garnacha</span></strong></a> negra und zu 15% aus der Rebsorte Cariñena (Samsó). Vor der Vermarktung wurde der Wein 12 Monate in Barriques aus französischer Eiche ausgebaut und anschließend noch 12 Monate in der Flasche reifen gelassen. klassischer Rioja-Stilistik. Frucht- und Holzaromen harmonieren bei diesem Gewächs in geradezu idealer Weise. Typisch für die Rotweine der Appellation, ist es eine Cuvée aus der Hauptsorte </span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;" xml:lang="es-trad" lang="es-trad">Tempranillo</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;"> und den komplementären Reben</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;" xml:lang="es-trad" lang="es-trad"> Garnacha, Graciano</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;"> und</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;" xml:lang="es-trad" lang="es-trad"> Mazuelo </span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">(Carignan). Diesbezüglich betont die Muga-Familie, dass der Einsatz von Holz einen Wein nie maskieren darf. Vielmehr geht es dem Weingut darum, eine ideale Symbiose aus Holz und Wein zu finden. Die Kellermeister sind absolute Ausnahmekönner in dieser Disziplin - auch Dank eines über viele Familiengenerationen weitergegebenen Wissens. Das Weingut wurde 1932 von Isaac Muga gegründet und wird heute in dritter Familiengeneration geführt. Die Kellerei im legendären Eisenbahnviertel von Haro ist 25.000 Quadratmeter groß und enthält 14.000 Holzfässer, deren Fassungsvermögen von 225 bis 16.000 Liter reicht. </span></p> <p></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:5pt;line-height:150%;"> </span></p> <p></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">Dem nicht genug ist Bodegas Muga eines von nur zwei verbliebenen spanischen Weingütern, die eine hauseigene Küferei unterhalten. In deren Werkstatt werden alle Fässer für die Weinbereitung selbst angefertigt. Eine eigene Küferei zu betreiben ist zwar kostenintensiv, hat aber den Vorteil, dass neue Fässer dem Charakter eines jeden Jahrgangs oder einer bestimmten Weinlage individuell angepasst werden können. </span></p> <p></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:5pt;line-height:150%;"> </span></p> <p></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">Die Weinbereitung findet ausschließlich in Eiche statt. Nach einem Stahltank sucht man in der Muga-Kellerei vergebens. Alle <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>Rotweine</strong></span></a> werden zuerst in großen Holztanks ohne Zugabe von Zuchthefen spontan vergoren. Die anschließende Weinreifung erfolgt in 225 Liter Barriques aus französischer und amerikanischer Eiche. Rebsorten Tempranillo und Garnacha gekeltert. Nach der Vergärung in 16.000-Liter-Holztanks baut ihn das Weingut Muga für 14 Monate in französischen Barriquefässern aus. Das Holz und die lebhaft frische Säure sind im Wein sehr schön integriert. Dies ist ein Paradebeispiel für einen Rioja-Wein im modernen Stil.</span></p> <p></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:5pt;line-height:150%;"> </span></p> <p></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">Der Name „El Andén de la Estación“ (der Bahnsteig) bezieht sich auf die Weingeschichte von Haro: Die Rioja wurde in den 1860er-Jahren an die Eisenbahn angeschlossen, und so erhielt das Gebiet eine direkte Verbindung nach Bilbao. In jener Zeit zogen außerdem französische Händler und Weinmacher - auf der Flucht vor der Reblaus im Bordeaux - in die Rioja. So entstand ein großer Weinboom, und die Kleinstadt Haro entwickelte sich zum Zentrum der Weinproduktion. Zahlreiche Weingüter siedelten sich in den folgenden Jahrzehnten im legendären Eisenbahnviertel an, oftmals hatten sie einen eigenen Bahnsteig auf ihrem Gelände. Das Weingut wurde 1932 von Isaac Muga gegründet und wird heute in dritter Familiengeneration geführt. In deren Werkstatt werden alle Fässer für die Weinbereitung selbst angefertigt. Eine eigene Küferei zu betreiben ist zwar kostenintensiv, hat aber den Vorteil, dass neue Fässer dem Charakter eines jeden Jahrgangs oder einer bestimmten Weinlage individuell angepasst werden k</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;" xml:lang="sv" lang="sv">ö</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">nnen. </span></p> <p></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:5pt;line-height:150%;"> </span></p> <p></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">Die Weinbereitung findet ausschließlich in Eiche statt. Nach einem Stahltank sucht man in der Kellerei vergebens. Alle Rotweine werden zuerst in großen Holztanks ohne Zugabe von Zuchthefen spontan vergoren. Die anschließende Weinreifung erfolgt in 225 Liter Barriques aus französischer und amerikanischer Eiche. Die Weinanbaugebiete Spaniens bei Vino&Alma

Die Geografie Spaniens mit der zentralen Hochebene, den Küsten und den Hohen Gebirgszügen (Sierras) ergeben eine Vielzahl klimatischer und standörtlicher Ausprägungen. Hinzu kommt die intensive Sonneneinstrahlung, aber auch Gebiete mit längeren Kälteperioden und Schnee, die Spanien zu einem außergewöhnlichen Land für den Weinanbau machen und die Verwendung der unterschiedlichsten Rebsorten ermöglichen. Das ist der Hauptgrund, warum es so viele Qualitätsherkünfte in Spanien gibt.

Damit eine Region den Status Denominacion de origen erhält, muss diese nachweisen, dass in Ihr bereits seit mindestens 5 Jahre strenge Vorgaben zur Herstellung von Qualitätsweinen gelten und diese eingehalten und kontrolliert werden. Damit ist das Label der jeweiligen D.O. auf den Weinflaschen vor allem eines: Sicherheit für den Kunden, dass dieser Wein tatsächlich ein Qualitätswein ist.

Geregelt wird durch den Kontrollrat der jeweiligen Region beispielsweis unter anderem die in der Region zugelassenen Rebsorten. Der Fokus liegt immer auf den für die Region typischen Rebsorten. Geregelt ist demnach auch, wie die Mindestanteile einer Rebsorte in einem Wein je nach Region sein müssen. In der D.O. Ribera del Duero dürfen die Weine fast nur aus der Rebsorte Tempranillo gekeltert werden. Beimischungen sind lediglich in kleineren Anteilen bspw. mit der Rebsorte Cabernet Sauvignon erlaubt. Aber nicht nur die Rebsorten, sondern auch maximale Erntemengen, der Zukauf von Trauben, der maximale Schwefelanteil im Wein usw. werden durch den Kontrollrat festgelegt und anschliessend auch kontrolliert.
