Die Reben ergeben niedrigste Erträge mit hoher Konzentration. </span></p>

<p class="Text" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">Der <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Rotwein</strong></a><strong> </strong>stammt aus zwanzig Weinlagen von unterschiedlichen Weinbauern. Die Winzer ernten die Trauben von Hand. Im Keller</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;" xml:lang="en-us" lang="en-us"> w</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">erden die Cari</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;" xml:lang="es-trad" lang="es-trad">ñ</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">ena (60%) und Garnacha (40%) separat vinifiziert. Die Cari</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;" xml:lang="es-trad" lang="es-trad">ñ</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">ena reift 12 bis 14 Monate in 400-l-Fässern, während die Garnacha ebenso lange in Zementtanks ausgebaut wird. Nach dem Ausbau werden die Weine zusammengefügt.</span></p>

Im Glas gibt der Wein Aromen von roten und schwarzen Früchten und würzige Noten frei. Dank seidiger Textur und poliertem Tannin erzeugt er ein großartiges Mundgefühl.</span></p>

<p class="Text" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">Das schroffe Berggebiet <strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/priorat/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Priorat</a> </strong>stand lange Zeit für dunkle und hochprozentige Bulkweine. Das änderte sich Ende der 1980er-Jahre schlagartig, als das Priorat zum großen Newcomer der Weinwelt avancierte. Einer der Qualitätspioniere von damals ist José Luis Pérez. Er hat das Weingut Mas Martinet gegründet und ebenfalls im Jahr 1996 Cims de Porrera ins Leben gerufen. </span></p>

<p class="Text" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:6pt;line-height:150%;color:#ee220c;"><br /></span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">Bei dem Projekt ging es anfangs um die Wiederherstellung alter Weinberge nahe der Ortschaft Porrera. José Luis Pérez ermutigte die Mitglieder der Dorfgenossenschaft ihre kostbaren Weinberge mit alten bis sehr alten Reben zu erhalten. Jene Steillagen waren schwierig zu bearbeiten und ergaben niedrige Erträge. Damit sich für die Bauern die Arbeit lohnt, kaufte Pérez ihnen die Trauben zu einem guten Preis ab und erzeugte daraus die Weine für Cims de Porrera.</span></p>

Die Önologen der heutigen Weine sind sein Sohn Adria Pérez und Neffe Marc Pérez.</span></p>

<p style="text-align:left;">Dieser <strong>Autorenwein</strong> der <strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/bodegas-concejo/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Bodegas Concejo</a></span> </strong>wurde ausschließlich aus der Rebsorte<strong> Tempranillo</strong> gekeltert. Schon seit 1998 wird bei den Bodegas Concejo aus den besten Jahrgängen ein Autorenwein kreiert, für den nur eine strenge Auswahl an Trauben in Frage kommen. Das Ziel ist immer den Charakter der alten Reben und des Terroirs im Wein zu erhalten. Der Ausbau erfolgt in kleinen Edelstahltanks. Der Wein durfte zwischen <strong>18 und 24 Monate in Fässern aus französischer und amerikanischer Eiche</strong> reifen. Die Farbe des Weines ist ein intensives Burgunderrot. In der Nase ist dieser Wein sehr ausdrucksstark mit kräftigen Fruchtaromen und feinen Eichennoten. Im Mund hat dieser <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Rotwein</span></strong> </a>eine gute Lebendigkeit mit Aromen von schwarzen und roten Früchten, zudem sind die trockenen Tanine sehr präsent im Mund. Nehmen Sie sich Zeit diesen Wein zu verkosten und beobachten Sie wie sich dieser Wein nach dem Öffnen der Flasche entwickelt - so wie Sie es mit einem guten Whiskey machen würden. <p class="Text" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">Die Appellation DOQ Priorat ist ein kleines, weltbekanntes Weingebiet im <strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/blog/2020/05/15/katalonien-wein-weinanbau/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">katalanischen Hinterland</a></strong>, unweit vom Mittelmeer entfernt. Die schroffe Bergregion wurde vor gut 1000 Jahren an Kartäusermönche übertragen, die dort ein „Priorat“ gründeten und außerdem den Weinbau einführten. Seither prägen der Weinbau und die Erzeugung von Wein jene Gegend. Wenngleich bis in die 1980er-Jahre nur farbintensive und alkoholstarke Massenweine von dort kamen, die überregional keine Beachtung fanden.</span></p>

<p class="Text" style="line-height:150%;"><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">Das änderte sich Ende der 1980er-Jahre schlagartig, als das <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/priorat/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Priorat</strong></a> zum großen Newcomer der Weinwelt avancierte. Einer der Qualitätspioniere von damals ist José Luis Pérez. Er hat das Weingut Mas Martinet gegründet und ebenfalls im Jahr 1996 Cims de Porrera ins Leben gerufen. Der katalanische Name bedeutet übersetzt „die Spitzen von Porrera“, was man wörtlich verstehen darf. Für das Projekt wurden sehr alte Weinberge in Hochlagen über der Ortschaft Porrera herangezogen. Die Rebstöcke der autochthonen Sorten <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/blog/2020/02/20/carinena-carignan-rebsorte/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Cari</strong></a></span><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/blog/2020/02/20/carinena-carignan-rebsorte/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;" xml:lang="es-trad" lang="es-trad">ñ</span></strong></a><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/blog/2020/02/20/carinena-carignan-rebsorte/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>ena</strong></a> und <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/blog/2019/09/05/garnacha-rebsorten-spanien/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Garnacha</strong></a> sind bis zu 100 Jahre alt und ergeben auf den berühmt-berüchtigten Schieferböden des Priorats nur allerniedrigste Erträge. <br /><br /></span></p>

Es folgen eine temperaturregulierte alkoholische Gärung und ein anschließender 2-jähriger Ausbau in neuen franz</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;" xml:lang="sv" lang="sv">ö</span><span style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;">sischen Barriques. Das Holz ist hierbei großartig im Wein eingebunden, es gibt ihm zusätzlich Spannung und Struktur und rundet ihn auf außergewöhnliche Weise ab. Les Sorts Jove (2024)
<h2><strong>Les Sort Jove, spanischer Rotwein</strong></h2>
<p>Der <strong>Les Sorts Jove</strong> von den <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/celler-masroig/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Celler Masroig</strong></a></span> besteht aus den 3 Rebosrten <strong>Garnacha negra, Cariñena und Syrah</strong>. Durch die hier angewendete karbonische Mazeration, ist dieser <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Rotwein</span></strong></a> sehr fruchtig. Bei dieser Weinbereitungstechnik werden die Trauben ohne Quetschen bei hohen Temperaturen (30º) ohne Sauerstoff vergoren. Ein Effekt dieses Verfahrens ist, dass nur wenig Tannine in den Wein gelangen, was diesen weich und rund werden lässt, ohne dass er mehrere Jahre lagern musste. Das Ergebnis ist ein herrliches fruchtiges Aroma und ein am Gaumen sehr weicher und unkomplizierter Wein aus der <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/montsant/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">D.O. La Pilosa [BIO] (2022)...
<h2><strong>La Pilosa, spanischer Rotwein (Magnumflasche - 1,5l)</strong></h2>
<p>Garnacha Peluda ist eine Unterart des Garnacha negra und besitzt im Unterschied zu diesem haarige Blätter. Peluda bedeutet auf deutsch so viel wie "behaart" und somit ist der Name "La Pilosa" - "die Haarige" eine schöne und treffende Namensspielerei. Mit diesem Wein ist Nuría eine ausgesprochen frische und aromatiche sehr interessante Form eines mediterranen <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Rotweines</a></strong></span> gelungen. Trotz seiner 15% Alkoholgehalt wirkt er nicht schwer und fett, sondern überrascht mit einer sehr guten Harmonie aus Säure, Alkohol, Frucht und eingebautem Holz.<br />Die Trauben stammen aus verschiedenen Lagen von Rebstöcken mit einem Alter von 20 bis 30 Jahren, die auf einer Höhe von 300 bis 400m über dem Meeresspiegel liegen. Das Klima ist mediterran mit kontinentalem Einfluss vor allem während der Wintermonate. Gerade für die sonneverwöhnten Rebstöcke in Spanien ist diese Winterruhe wichtig für die Regeneration aber auch gegen Schädlinge im Weinberg. Ansonsten spielen wie auch in anderen katalanischen Apppellationen wie der D.O.C. Priorat die beiden Winde "El Cerc" und "Garbi" eine entscheidende Rolle für die Entwickling der Trauben. "El Cerc" ist ein kühler Nordwestwind der verhindert, dass die Trauben ihre natürliche Säure verlieren. "Garbi" ist eine milde Meeresbriese die vom Mittelmeer her weht und bewirkt dass die Trauben ordentlich ausreifen. Beide Winde sind auch entscheidend für ein gesundes Klima im Weinberg und verhindern so die Ausbreitung von Krankheiten (Fäule).</p>
<p>Der Boden der Weinberge ist kalkhaltig mit wenig organischem Anteilen.</p>

<p>Der Les Sorts Vinyes Velles ist das Aushängeschild des Weingutes <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/celler-masroig/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Celler Masroig</strong></a></span> in der <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/montsant/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">D.O. Montsant</span></strong></a>. Dieser <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Rotwein</a> besitzt ein komplexes Aroma von roten und schwarzen Früchten, schwarzer Pfeffer, Nelke, Kakao und mediterranen Gehölzen. Am Gaumen ist dieser Rotwein aus Spanien weich, warm und man merkt die reifen Tannine. Der Abgang ist sehr lang und angenehm.</p>
<p>Der Wein der zu 85% aus der Rebsorte <strong>Cariñena</strong> und zu 15% aus der Rebsorte <strong>Garnacha</strong> besteht, stammt von alten Reben (Vinyes Velles). Er wurde insgesamt über 17 Monate in Barrique-Fässern aus französischer Eiche und anschließend 2 Jahr in der Flasche reifen gelassen, bevor er auf den Markt kommt. Der Wein bekommt also die Zeit, die er auch braucht, um an den Punkt zu kommen, wie man ihn dem Kunden präsentieren möchte.</p>
<p>Nach der klassischen Gärung, wird der Wein zudem in den Barrique Fässern einer malolaktischen Fermentation unterzogen (ohne Sauerstoff), welche den Wein weicher, vollmundiger und körperreicher macht. Anschließend wird der Wein nicht geklärt und nur sehr sanft gefiltert. Es können sich also Rückstände in den Flaschen befinden. <br /><br /></p>

Dieser <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/weinsorte/rotwein/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Rotwein</span></strong></a> besteht zu 8% aus der <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/blog/2019/09/05/garnacha-rebsorten-spanien/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Rebsorte Garnacha</span></strong></a> negra und zu 15% aus der Rebsorte Cariñena (Samsó). Herència Altés...
<h2><strong>Trementinaire, spanischer Weißwein (Orange-Wine) von Herència Altés </strong></h2>
<p>Diesen tollen Orange Wein haben wir bei unserem letzten Besuch bei Herència Altés im Sommer 2021 das erste Mal probiert. Nach dem Rundgang im Weingut, mit Rafael dem Mann von Nuría Altés, bekamen wir einige Weine zum Probieren vorgesetzt. Darunter befand sich auch der Trementinaire der uns auf Anhieb sehr gut gefiel. Da wir bis dato auch noch keinen <span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/blog/2021/10/10/was-ist-orange-wine/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Orange Wine</a></strong></span> im Sortiment hatten, war die Entscheidung den Trementinaire dem bestehenden Sortiment von Herència Altés hinzuzufügen, schnell gefallen.</p>
<p>Allgemein sind wir von Allem was bei <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/herencia-altes/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>Herència</strong></span></a><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong><a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/hersteller/herencia-altes/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> Altés</a></strong></span> passiert schwer angetan und sind gerne vor Ort um zu sehen was es wieder Neues gibt. Der Weg vorbei an den D.O.s Montsant und Priorat führt durch eine malerische landschaft in Hinterland von Katalonien. Die <a href="https://www.vinoalma.de/spanischer-wein/anbaugebiete/terra-alta/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Denominacion de Origen Terra Alta</span></strong></a> besticht durch eine kleinteilige Landschaft, in der sich Weinberge, Obstgärten, Olivenhaine und normale Landwirtschaft abwechseln. Das Klima in der Region ist mediterran, mit heißen trockenen Sommern und kalten Wintern. Die jährliche Niederschlagsmenge liegt bei gerade einmal 400mm. Der daraus enstehende Trockenstress bewirkt, dass konzentrierte Weine mit einer guten Struktur entstehen. Trotz der Nähe zum Mittelmeer kühlen des nachts die Rebflächen durch kühle und trockene Winde aus dem Norden ab und die Trauben behalten somit ihre Säure und ergeben herrlich frische und leichte mediterrane Weißweine aus der Rebsorte Garnacha Blanca. Nicht umsonst ist die D.O. Die Weinanbaugebiete Spaniens bei Vino&Alma
Die Geografie Spaniens mit der zentralen Hochebene, den Küsten und den Hohen Gebirgszügen (Sierras) ergeben eine Vielzahl klimatischer und standörtlicher Ausprägungen. Hinzu kommt die intensive Sonneneinstrahlung, aber auch Gebiete mit längeren Kälteperioden und Schnee, die Spanien zu einem außergewöhnlichen Land für den Weinanbau machen und die Verwendung der unterschiedlichsten Rebsorten ermöglichen. Das ist der Hauptgrund, warum es so viele Qualitätsherkünfte in Spanien gibt.
Damit eine Region den Status Denominacion de origen erhält, muss diese nachweisen, dass in Ihr bereits seit mindestens 5 Jahre strenge Vorgaben zur Herstellung von Qualitätsweinen gelten und diese eingehalten und kontrolliert werden. Damit ist das Label der jeweiligen D.O. auf den Weinflaschen vor allem eines: Sicherheit für den Kunden, dass dieser Wein tatsächlich ein Qualitätswein ist.
Geregelt wird durch den Kontrollrat der jeweiligen Region beispielsweis unter anderem die in der Region zugelassenen Rebsorten. Der Fokus liegt immer auf den für die Region typischen Rebsorten. Geregelt ist demnach auch, wie die Mindestanteile einer Rebsorte in einem Wein je nach Region sein müssen. In der D.O. Ribera del Duero dürfen die Weine fast nur aus der Rebsorte Tempranillo gekeltert werden. Beimischungen sind lediglich in kleineren Anteilen bspw. mit der Rebsorte Cabernet Sauvignon erlaubt. Aber nicht nur die Rebsorten, sondern auch maximale Erntemengen, der Zukauf von Trauben, der maximale Schwefelanteil im Wein usw. werden durch den Kontrollrat festgelegt und anschliessend auch kontrolliert.
